Off the beaten track and nestled amid the forest, Loggers Lodge provides the ultimate private hide-away in Swedish Lapland, allowing a true escape from the outside world.
This former logger’s cabin has been carefully renovated to provide an exclusive-use luxury wilderness lodge and whether you are looking for a unique romantic stay as a couple or fun and quality time with your family, this is where memories are made. Greeted by its traditional Falu red timber exterior, you are welcomed inside to a warm and inviting atmosphere with comfortable Swedish designed furnishings and a huge central fireplace. Over the next few days, it is here you will unwind, sleep and dine, enjoying the modern conveniences afforded for your every pleasure. Listen to your favourite tunes via the surround sound system, relax with a brew from the ‘bean to cup’ coffee machine or crack a cold beer from the mini bar and if the bustle of the outside world seems a little too far away, your internet needs are met with WiFi access.
During your stay, your every dietary need is catered for by your personal private chef, Jørgen. From a la carte breakfasts to 3-course evening dinners, traditional Lappish flavours are created using locally sourced ingredients and served direct to your table in the lodge. In the delightful company of Eric, your host and private guide, you are invited to explore the surrounding nature. Head to the Arctic Circle, meet the reindeer and discover Sami culture, embrace the silence as you traverse the untouched snow by snowshoe or Nordic skis, or speed along forest trails on an Alaskan dog sled adventure.
Back at the Lodge, privacy is assured and after a day exploring Lappish nature, relax in the wood-fired sauna with panoramic views to the nature beyond or hop into the hot tub and relax under the Arctic night skies where, with luck, the northern lights may dance above.
