To help your initial planning we have put together a few ideas on this website, our 'Suggested Itineraries', but these are merely suggestions and should be read as such. They are adaptable in any way to suit you. Amongst them are some fixed departure trips, such as the dog sledging in Finland, which for obvious reasons run with a limited number of persons on fixed departure dates.

Creating Your Holiday Itinerary

By discussing your ideas with our expert consultants we are able to build a much better profile of your interests and requirements and this transfers into a much more rewarding holiday experience for you.

We always design personal tailor-made journeys by using our extensive knowledge and experiences of the destination and working closely with you. Right from the start, we find out why you want to go to a particular destination, what you want to see and do and if you have any special interests or celebrations, the style of accommodation you enjoy. We then tailor the trip accordingly, this might involve specialist wildlife and nature guides, including activities to entertain all members of your family, arranging a surprise excursion for a loved one or ensuring your accommodation offers disabled access. Following an initial itinerary, it is not unusual to make a number of changes until the itinerary suits you.

We strive to maintain the highest levels of quality in providing bespoke holidays. Once it is decided where you are going, how long for and what you want to do, leave the rest to us. We will arrange everything from the flight out of the UK, accommodation, guides, any of a wide range of activities, car hire, etc. until your return, so everything fits together perfectly and all you need to do is go and enjoy your wildlife safari or winter holiday.

It really is possible now to travel to remoter destinations in a good degree of comfort and with outstanding services. We are pleased to have built our business on high levels of customer satisfaction, repeat custom and good numbers of referrals.



Because every trip is bespoke to your individual requirements, no two trips we arrange are ever the same. So it is really difficult for us to publish prices on our website, even the 'Suggested Itineraries' we feature here will vary depending on the level of accommodation you choose, when you travel and how you travel. Therefore it is always really useful for us if you have an indication of your budget, not so we can spend all your money, but so we can design the right itinerary from the start. Having said that, we recognise that itineraries evolve as we discuss your ideas and thoughts.


Booking Your Holiday

Once you are satisfied with your tailor-made itinerary then read our Booking Conditions that are sent with the itinerary and return a Booking Form to us.

We will also require payment of a deposit by cheque, credit card or bank transfer to initiate confirmation of arrangements.

When all arrangements are confirmed a confirmation invoice will be sent out. The final balance is then due 8 weeks before departure and your travel documentation will be sent out 10 - 14 days prior to departure.


Late Bookings

We regularly handle late bookings, even to long haul destinations and can usually book up to 2 or 3 days prior to departure. Try us!


Financial Protection

Many of the flights and flight-inclusive holidays on this website are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. But ATOL protection does not apply to all holiday and travel services listed on this website. Please ask us to confirm what protection may apply to your booking. If you do not receive an ATOL Certificate then the booking will not be ATOL protected. If you do receive an ATOL Certificate but all the parts of your trip are not listed on it, those parts will not be ATOL protected.
