Marine life proves to be the most challenging of wildlife viewing. However, we have put together a few suggestions where expert guides will take you close to grey whales, belugas, orcas, humpbacks and many more without disturbing their natural world.








Canada - Beluga Whales and Polar Bears


Highlights: Beluga whales - polar bears - bird life - tundra flora - ancient sites


A short flight from Churchill takes you out to the tundra and Seal River Lodge. From here you can discover the fantastic variety of wildlife including beautiful white beluga whales in the estuary and there may be a chance to see wolves whilst walking in polar bear country with your guide.

Canada - Whales & Bears Explorer


Highlights: Tranquil waters of western Canada - grizzly bears - spirit bears - grey whales - orcas and other marine life


Cruise through the remote and protected inlets of British Columbia’s Central Coastline to catch a rare glimpse of the white Spirit Bear also known at Kermode Bears, before sailing into the channels off shore in search of grey whales and orcas.

Whale Watching Iceland


Highlights: Whale sightings from Reykjavik and the north of Iceland - possibly Minke, Fin, Humpback, Sei, Sperm, Pilot, Northern Bottlenose and Orca plus white-beaked dolphins, porpoises


In Icelandic waters its possible to find over 20 different cetacean species. This short break north to Iceland takes you to sea in some spectacular surroundings in search of some of these. You fly up north to Akureyri and drive to Husavik, will also have time to explore the mud pools, hot springs and wildlife haven of Lake Myvatn. Return to Reykjavik for more whale watching and experience the Blue Lagoon before flying home.
