This family operated hotel prides itself on its extensive Ski Shop, experienced staff and fantastic ski care facilities so all of your holiday needs will be catered for from hiring the right equipment to staying in comfortable Lappish accommodation and dining on delicious buffets that showcase the very best of Finland's region cuisine.
Cross Country Ski Lessons
If you are a beginner we highly recommend you book some lessons which are available directly from the hotel and more advanced lessons are available for the more experienced skier who may just wish to improve their technique.
Once you have mastered the art you can venture out each day choosing your own pace and distance and the available routes are seemingly endless. There are tracks that leave directly from the hotel and many of the well groomed trails take you inside Pallas-Ylläs National Park where pure untouched nature is carefully preserved. If you wish to explore further afield you can transfer a short distance by bus or car before making your back to the hotel stopping along the way in some of the many trackside cafes for hot buns and coffee. Cross country skiing doesn't get any better!
After each exhilarating day out on the trails reward your efforts with aprés–ski at the hotel pub where live music and a vibrant atmosphere create a warm welcome and a chance to meet fellow travellers. Sooth any aching muscles in the sauna and hot tub and as the sun goes down you may wish to keep one eye on the night sky in case Mother Nature decides to put on a light show unlike any other, courtesy of the spectacular northern lights.
SPECIAL OFFER Stay for a minimum of 7 nights on a half board basis and receive a complimentary classic ski set for 6 days with waxing service every 2nd day (x3). Valid for stays between 19 November to 17 December 2016 and 1-28 January 2017.
