Once you have an interest in a country or a particular itinerary then you can contact us via the options below.

a. Online
Fill in the Contact Form with as much detail as possible (it is not a long form!) so that we can start work on an itinerary once we receive your information.
b. Telephone Us
This is by far the best method to kick start your holiday plans.
By discussing your ideas with our expert consultants we are able to build a much better profile of your interests and requirements which transfers into a much more rewarding holiday experience for you.

c. Booking
Once you are satisfied with your tailor-made itinerary then read our Booking Conditions and return a Booking Form to us. (Booking Forms will be available online soon).
We will also require payment of a deposit by cheque, credit card or bank transfer to initiate confirmation of arrangements.
When all arrangements are confirmed a confirmation invoice will be sent out.
The final balance is due eight weeks before departure.
Your travel documentation will be sent out 10 - 14 days prior to departure.
Late bookings:
We regularly handle late bookings, even to long haul destinations and can usually book up to 2 or 3 days prior to departure.
